Can't say I'm surprised.

My guess is this: most of the women in the Marvel comics are, obviously, extremely physically fit. They work themselves hard, every day for years. Most people, after that kind of regimen, would probably be a bit bulkier than most Marvel women; they're slimmed down to appeal to the demographic reading the books. And the people writing the stats aren't exactly thinking about muscle mass; they're thinking about how much they wish they weighed, or, if they're men, how much they assume women should weigh. The art in marvel is obviously stylized, and I seriously doubt the people putting together the stats were doing much more than glancing at pictures and heights and assigning a weight without consideration of anything real.

Superheroines' physiques have always required at least as much suspension of disbelief as their powers.

It's interesting, but I doubt those "official" height/weight stats are based on a thorough analysis of the way the characters are drawn. Of course gathering that processing that data is a lot harder that downloading a few numbers from a website and stuffing them in a spreadsheet.
